Since journalists easy access to the Heads of State and Government throughout the week, there was ample opportunity to learn about the chefsâ?? The starter was a variety of traditional sweets from the Icelandic herring horseradish sauce, marinated salmon and lobster tail. The next course is a piece of char, a white fish, scampi sauce served on a bed of sliced green onion strips. The theme of the sea with the following offer, which was a baked cod with a crust of almonds continues. Next is a more traditional Icelandic, but this time the earth in the form of lamb, accompanied by a Lammwurst. A blueberry pie, vanilla ice cream ready to eat. Also in the 4800 + price + of five different wines and coffee included. It may seem a bit pricy, but if you love good food and wine, you might not be a better value for money in many restaurants in Bangkok, not to mention Singapore and Hong Kong, especially when you consider what the Wine prices are like in this country. Another fact to bear in mind that most ingredients have been marketed for several dinners, the leaders themselves (often in their luggage), so that they can produce their food is as authentic as they do in their own restaurant back home. The other leaders presented menus that were just as ambitious and as representatives of their culinary pedigrees. Celine Tioâ? S menu includes a pork belly dish slowly to the American-style cuisine cooked from the roots of stress. Glen Ballisâ Australian? His dinner combinations of ingredients of high quality that even some Russian influences used internationally. Jeffrey Jake? S is the influence of the abundance of fresh produce he uses in his home country, emphasized the Napa Valley.
